This is the fastest way to lose 10kg in a month, but be warned, I don't recommend.
The fastest way to lose 10kg in a month is cutting an arm off. But wait, wait, you don't have to 😆
BUT everything comes with a price. Losing too much weight too fast isn't healthy or sustainable for too long, and, it might come back and even more.
Besides you might feel so many bad side effects, such as:
Muscle Loss and
Loosen skin (almost irreversible!)
Does it still worth doing it? Well, if it does this is how you can do it.
This is my disclaimer: I don't recommend it.
Anyway, if you do it make sure you're not doing more than 4 weeks.
Those are the steps:
1. INTERMITTENT FASTING
Stay 12h - 16h without eating. This will actually bring healthy benefits and help with weight loss.
2. CARDIO EVERY DAY
Wake up and go walking for 30min - 60min while fasting. At the end of the day, go again.
3. DRINK TONS OF WATER
Water keeps you healthy and hydrated. It will also help to minimise loosen skin.
4. YOUR MEALS WILL BE LIKE THIS
Minimum 4 meals a day: 2x palms of protein, 1x cupped handful of carbs, 1x thumbs of fat. No snacks that's not protein-rich.
This is not written in stone, but this will help you, for sure. The result will be the same length of your effort.
On the other hand, if you give yourself more time, you could not only lose weight but actually tone your body.
Losing weight is a process that takes time, ti shouldn't be done in a hurry. The process is the same but less intense.
If you are in your 30s, 40s or 50s, you can always look great for your age and being taken as younger than you look.
Avoid being taken as the fat friend
Avoid being frustrated in bed
Avoid having heart diseases and diabetes
Getting in shape in much more than the way we look, it's mental health, better sex life and being healthy overall.
And I bet you don't know that, but getting in shape just became easier because you don't have to give up on your favourite foods.
