The usual tips won't work for you because if they did, most people wouldn't be having weight issues.
People say, and do, outrageous things to lose weight. There's a belief that you have to suffer to lose weight, for some reason.
But they themselves can't lose weight, why is that?
It's because the things they do, and say, are WRONG, are unhealthy and unrealistic.
They can lose weight, eventually, but it all comes back with some extra weight. It's the IO-IO effect.
Use those unusual tips to get results.
DON'T DO CARDIO
Cardio is boring, no one likes it.
The main point of doing cardio is spending more energy and it's good for your heart too, but you can do both having fun with your kids, or friends.
Find a sport you like and stick to it weekly. Video games aren't an options!
EAT PIZZA, OR WHATEVER, ONCE A WEEK
I love pizza, but some people love chocolate, or burgers and it's fine.
Don't give up on the foods you like to lose weight because the more you avoid them, the more you will crave them.
Have your favourite dish once a week, it will help you to stay motivated on your diet.
Eat in moderation and you will see results.
FAT BURNERS ARE SCAMS
The best fat burners aren't in form of pills like:
If someone is telling you to take a pill to lose weight, RUN! It's a scam.
Fat burners don't work if you are still eating more calories than your body needs. Calorie deficit is a must!
FIND PROFESSIONAL HELP

If you're sick, you go to the a doctor. Your priority is staying well.
If you want to be qualified, you go to college. Your priority is your career.
If you want to go from point A to point B, you either get a bus or buy a car, instead of walking. Your priority is time.
