What is The Best Way to Reduce Belly Fat and Flatten your Stomach?
It's impressive how NO ONE talks about those strategies that often. They are AMAZING!
First of all, ask yourself this question:
How much do you want your bally fat gone?
Don't expect it that fast because it is NOT. It requires hard work and consistency.
Now, if I didn't scare you in the sentence above, good. It means you really want to lose your belly fat for good.
The strategies I'm going to share with you are the same I used on my transformation and the one I teach my clients.
So, pay attention to those because it is the only way you can flatten your belly.
Strategy #1: CALORIES
Cut 200kcal from your calorie maintenance and track your macros every day to make sure you are eating in a calorie deficit.

Strategy #2: TRAINING
Weight lifting is the best way to lose fat and build muscle. This is the right workout to do to flatten your belly.
Strategy #3: HIIT
High Intensity Interval training burns FAT, it is proven to be more efficient than cardio. However, do cardio too.

Strategy #4: STOMACH VACCUM
Don't rely on it, it won't solve your problem. By the way, it works best with you have low BF%.
However, it's a great strategy to work internal abdominal muscles that's hard to work. This is how:
Deep breath In, then breath out until you feel your abs flexing
Repeat number one
Then, suck your belly trying to touch it to your back (you won't, just suck really hard)
Do it for 3–5 times every day on empty stomach.
Just like in Arnold's time.
Strategy #5: INTERMITTENT FASTING
My favourite one! Intermittent fasting is one of the most studied strategies out there.
It improves cognitive functions, fat burning, increase testosterone and so many other benefits.
Stay without eating for 12h–16h every day, then eat your normal calories for the day.

Anyway, those strategies above are basic to intermediate level, but they are all great.
