What Foods Should People Never Eat If They Want to Lose Weight?

This widely-asked question is answered here. And you are going to quite surprised when you find out you can eat literally anything to lose weight.

OK, now you are certainly thinking I'm going to throw lots of BS here, but I won't.


I'm going to tell the truth and it's what I should do as a fitness professional: educate you.


Anyway, there are a lot of foods you shouldn't eat for endless reasons. Maybe it's religion reasons, or beliefs, even cultural reasons. But physiologically speaking, you can eat anything you want to.


If your motivation is to lose weight, you can eat anything IF you follow this simple rule I'm sharing next.


1. Calories Matter


What determine if you're going to lose weight or gain weight, is the amount of calories you are eating daily.


It's not the type of food, it's not fast-food, or ice cream, or whatever, it's CALORIES.


Who doesn't understand this simple concept (calories in, calories out) usually blame what they eat.


It happens like this:


From Monday to Monday they eat fast food, ice cream and a bunch of other high-calorie foods and after some time they get fatter.


Who will they blame? The foods, of course, because that is what they eat.


When actually, it is not what they eat it's how much they eat.


2. Resistance Training + Cardio


As we eat and fill out body with calories, on the other hand, we have to burn calories too.


Weight lifting and cardio combined can help you to burn lots of calories.


Weight lifting, or resistance training, can build muscle and muscle burns more calories, which helps you to lose weight and tone up your body.


Cardio keeps your heart healthy and you can burn tons of calories, which also helps you to lose weight.



The bottom line is…


You can eat what you like since you do this simple math:


(Calories In) - (Calories Out) = (Negative Balance)


What I mean by this is…


If you know the amount of calories you eat (calories in) and you know the amount of calories you burn (calories out) you can make sure at the end of the day you are burning more than you eat.


Like this there is only one outcome: lose weight.
