Why Am I Not Losing Weight?

Here is a self assessment checklist to find out the reason that you're not losing weight.

Losing weight isn't that hard, but most people don't do even the basics and that's why they are frustrated.


I remember my days I was so desperate to lose weight, but today I know exactly what I was doing wrong.


I'm going to share with you a check list so you can self assess what you are NOT doing right and fix it.


It's probably what you're doing:


1. TOO IMPATIENT


When you're impatient to get something the time seems to pass in slow motion. So, you think you've done too much, but actually you didn't.


Don't expect to lose weight in a day, or a week. Give it a month or more. And Don't weigh yourself every day.


2. NOT DRINKING WATER


You're not drinking enough water is a huge mistake. Water washes out toxins in our body and aids weight loss.


3. NOT SLEEPING WELL


This is the most important factor and the most ignored. Lack of sleep can produce hormone imbalances and it can cause weight gain.



4. NOT EATING PROTEIN


Protein keeps you satiated for longer. Eat protein every meal.


5. NOT TAKING PROGRESS PHOTOS


Maybe you're having progress, but you're too impatient and not tracking your progress with photos.


I've been working with lots of clients that says they were not losing weight.


When I show them the before and after pictures they don't believe how much they lost!


6. NOT TRACKING WHAT YOU'RE EATING


If you're not tracing what you're eating daily, you don't know how many calories you're eating and it influences in the next topic.


7. NOT IN A CALORIE DEFICIT


You have no idea how many calories you eat in a day, so you have no idea if you are truly in a calorie deficit.


This is the number one physiological factor to lose weight. You don't eat less than you burn, you will never lose weight.


Finally, I solved my problem by getting professional help, someone that has lived what I was living then.


I feel in love with helping others and today I help other people to lose weight and get in shape, too.


That was the best thing I ever did because I save time and frustration. Time doesn't stop for us. Today I'm 33, in shape and feeling great!


One thing I learned from it:

Don't waste your precious time, this is the only thing you can't have back in your life!
